Upload a clear, unobstructed photo of the front and back of your chosen ID. For address verification, a recent utility bill or bank statement (within 3 months) may also be required. KYC is typically reviewed within 24–48 hours on business days.

No. phmaya strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any balances forfeited. phmaya does not impose a platform-wide maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. However, individual payment providers (such as GCash or your bank) may have their own daily transaction limits. For example, GCash has a standard wallet limit of ₱100,000. If you need to deposit larger amounts, we recommend using bank transfer via InstaPay or PESONet. You can also set your own personal deposit limits through phmaya's Responsible Gaming tools — a great way to stay in control of your spending.

Withdrawals

To withdraw from phmaya, log in to your account and go to the Cashier section, then select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure your withdrawal account details match the name on your phmaya account — mismatched names will cause delays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawal processing times on phmaya are as follows:
  • GCash / PayMaya: 1–4 hours (during business hours)
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank (InstaPay): 1–6 hours
  • Bank Transfer (PESONet): 1–3 business days

Common reasons for a withdrawal being declined on phmaya include:
