These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phmaya platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use phmaya. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming law. Underage accounts will be suspended and funds held pending review.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active phmaya account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phmaya employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phmaya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
phmaya is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before your account is fully verified. Unverified accounts may have restricted access to withdrawals and certain features.
phmaya reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phmaya account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
phmaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party using your credentials — is your responsibility unless you have notified phmaya of a security breach prior to the activity in question.
phmaya accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions on the phmaya Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount on phmaya is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. phmaya reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phmaya account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. phmaya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Funds deposited into your phmaya account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. phmaya maintains player funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Deposited funds do not accrue interest.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on phmaya are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phmaya does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by you through your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
To request a withdrawal, your phmaya account must be fully verified (KYC complete), your account must be in good standing, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met. Withdrawal requests submitted before these conditions are satisfied may be declined or placed on hold.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. phmaya reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where necessary, subject to your prior consent.
phmaya aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings. phmaya reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments over multiple business days.
phmaya reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.
phmaya may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Most bonuses offered by phmaya are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
phmaya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit the bonus system in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, time-based, or account-status restrictions. phmaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the phmaya Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
All electronic games on the phmaya Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phmaya does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, phmaya reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. phmaya's decision in such matters is final. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or software error are not valid and will not be paid out.
phmaya is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's end during a gaming session. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard disconnection rules.

phmaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmaya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phmaya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phmaya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phmaya will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform and fulfilling our regulatory obligations.
phmaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phmaya reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled as follows: if termination is due to a breach of these Terms, phmaya reserves the right to forfeit the balance; if termination is for any other reason, phmaya will return the balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may request the closure of your phmaya account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are subject to the same withdrawal and verification conditions that apply to standard withdrawal requests.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phmaya Platform, you agree to first contact phmaya's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phmaya will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with phmaya's support team, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
phmaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phmaya will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phmaya Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
